Common Goldeneye (A cold morning on the Northwest Arm of Halifax)

A beautiful morning on the Northwest Arm of Halifax where due to the -10 degrees celsius one could see the mirage effects of the cold temperatures. As the sun rose over the horizon I was fortune to get a few nice photos of a Common Golden Eye feeding while shooting directly into the sun.
